Remedial Pilates: Releasing the ITB with a Core Roller

Releasing your ITB (Iliotibial band) with a core roller is extrememly effective. Some knee and hip pain arises from a tight ITB and although it can be rather upleasnt to begin with you soon notice it easing and the results make it worthwhile. It becomes 'a good pain', if there is such a thing!

Equipment: Core Roller  I suggest you buy the 38" x 6" as then you can also use it for strengthening your core. See related videos.
