New to Pilates

These tutorials and weekly routines take you through a course that will enable you to understand the foundation blocks and principles of Pilates. If you've already practiced Pilates but are not completely sure what you are meant to get out of it then the tutorials will enlighten you! Nothing can replace learning with an experienced Pilates teacher but New to Pilates will serve as a useful adjunct.
