Sarah Hardy Pilates collects two types of information:

We use this information to provide the services that you request from us and to keep you up-to-date with new products and retreats.

Tracking & Cookies  We automatically gather general statistical information about our website and visitors, such as IP addresses, web browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors, services purchased, etc, but we do not reference you by personally identifiable information. We use this data in aggregate form to determine how our website is used so we can improve the website. We may provide this statistical information to third parties, but we do not provide personally identifiable information. We use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you and how you use our website. A cookie is a small amount of data that we store on your computer’s hard drive. All information gathered on our website is stored securely and is accessible only to us and our authorized, contractors. Certain access is provided to Studio Hold who manage the technical side of the site. In the event of a purchase being made through the site, the necessary information is provided to the appointed vendor, namely Physical Company and Sissel - suppliers of Pilates equipment. They have given written comfirmation that they do not hold my client's information on their system once an order has been completed. The payment platform that we use is and our emais are distributed through MialChimp. These companies are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to criminal prosecution if they fail to meet these obligations. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the complete security of our database, or that information you provide won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. If you don’t want us to know any particular information about you, don’t include it in anything that you submit or post to this website or send to us in e-mail.
