SECURITY.
All information gathered on our website is stored securely and is accessible only to us and our authorized, contractors. Certain access is provided to Studio Hold who manage the technical side of the site. In the event of a purchase being made through the site, the necessary information is provided to the appointed vendor, namely Physical Company and Sissel - suppliers of Pilates equipment. They have given written comfirmation that they do not hold my client's information on their system once an order has been completed. The payment platform that we use is Stripe.com and our emais are distributed through MialChimp. These companies are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to criminal prosecution if they fail to meet these obligations. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the complete security of our database, or that information you provide won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. If you don’t want us to know any particular information about you, don’t include it in anything that you submit or post to this website or send to us in e-mail.
