ROLLING LIKE A BALL

Not suitable for those with Osteoporosis

A fun exercise that gives a lovely massage to the spine and back. Keeps your abdominals strong as these are the muscles that you use to 'roll like a ball'. Try not to use momentum or your shoulders especailly when rolling back up again!

If you find this exercise too difficult see 'Rolling Like A Rocker' which gives similar benefits but is easier to do correctly.
