HALF TEASER 2
This is a follow-up to April's Tutorial of the Month. The Half Teaser is an exercise in itself but is also good preparation for the full 'Teaser'. The Teaser tones the stomach and gives flexibility to the spine. It is one of the harder Pilates exercises so well done if you manage it! Start with a few repetitions and work up to 6.
