Tutorial of the Month: April 2022


The Half Teaser is an exercise in itself but is also good preparation for the full 'Teaser'. The Teaser tones the stomach and gives flexibility to the spine. It is one of the harder Pilates exercises so well done if you manage it!  Start with a few repetitions each side and work up to 6-10.
