Pilates for Gardeners

Gardening can take it's toll on the body in the same way as sport.

These exercises help ease out any tension after gardening and are relaxing to do at the same time.

The exercises themselves only take 15 mins then I  give you a few tips on how to minimise any strain to your back and body whilst gardening and a simple massage technique if you've done lots of pruning.

Exercises: Relaxation Position, Hugging Knees to Chest to stretch Lower Back, Psoas Stretch, Piriformis Stretch, Hip Rolls, Knee Stirs, Knee Circles, Cat, Rest Position
